My approach

Seeing, not gear

Good photography isn't about the most expensive gear. It's about seeing. I work cinematic and story-first: I look for the light, the gesture and the detail that make a frame feel like a still from a film rather than a catalogue.

That means a calmer set, fewer-but-stronger frames, and a grade that ties the whole set together. You get images that feel cohesive, like they belong to one story, because they do. Editing is done in Adobe Lightroom for a consistent, natural finish across every shot.

On set, I direct lightly, small cues rather than stiff posing, so people relax and the frames feel real. That ease is half the work: a subject who feels comfortable gives you honest expressions, and honest expressions are what make a portrait or a brand shoot land. The same care goes into spaces and products, where patience with light and angle is what separates a flat record shot from an image that actually sells.

Home base is Bali, so most shoots happen here: Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak and across the island. Surabaya is a regular second city for portrait and brand work. Travel further afield is quoted simply on top; tell me where and I'll make it work.
